SimCity 4 Deluxe contains the game SimCity 4 and the expansion 
pack Rush Hour.  Unlike predicessors, this is the first of the 
SimCity games to be fully 3d.  As with other full 3d games which 
feature constrution as an integral part of the game, the 3d 
environment proves to be a hinderance.  Play is difficult 
compared with the 2d isometric predicessors, and the games 
response is at times slow and buggy.  

However, I am offering this game due to the MySim feature, which 
allows you to import characters from The Sims.  Your 3d character 
can interact with the city, and even use vehicles.  Be warned 
however that your character is vulnerable to any disasters.  


Installation Instructions:

	Create CDs from the two ISO files.

	Install from the CDs, using the serial number from file "sc4_sn.txt".
		- WARNING, do NOT send in a registration.

	Start the game, then close without saving.

	Add the Official Patch from file "patch638.zip".  

	Start the game, then close without saving.

	Rename the file "SimCity4.exe" on your hard drive "old_SimCity4.exe".
 
	Add the file "SimCity4.exe" from the file "nocd.zip" to this location.  

	Start the game, then close without saving.
