Park Maps inform guests about all the rides in the park!
Guests can only have one Park Map and one Umbrella in their inventory. and all Information Kiosks will always have both.
When rain is not falling, guests will not specifically head to an Information Kiosk. Although they can buy a Park Map (preference) without constraint, they will not buy an Umbrella until they have ridden at least three rides.
While rain IS falling, guests who do not have an Umbrella will specifically run to an Information Kiosk to buy one (regardless of how many rides they have ridden prior).
